Arizona Tax Form : Form 140/140A/140EZ/140PY Resident Personal Income Tax
Arizona residents with income less than $50,000 and don't claim any exemptions or credits can file 140EZ. If you claim tax credits like property tax credit and don't itemize your deductions, then you can file 140A tax form. All other residents must file the long form 140.
