Credit is allowed for net income taxes paid to another state on income that is also subject to California tax. The credit is applied against California net tax, less other credits.
Eligibility
Taxpayers may qualify for a credit for income taxes paid to another state when the same income that is taxed by the other state is also taxed by California.
