Waste Reduction and Recycling Tax Credit also called Green Industry credits is available for Delaware manufacturers that voluntarily reduce waste release, use of recycled materials, processing of waste materials and collection and distribution of recycled materials.
Eligibility
The taxpayers whose eligibility is certified by the Department of Natural resources and the Delaware development Office may claim this credit.
