Use Form 1027 Individual Income Tax Extension to extend the time to file tax return. The extension can be filed online from March 1 to April 30. The approved federal extension will extend the due date of your Delaware return as well. You pay any balance of tax liability along with the application, otherwise the extension will not be granted.
