New Mexico Child Daycare
New Mexico has its own Child Day Care Credit. If your family had work-related child or dependent care expenses,you may be able to claim it.
Eligibility
To claim the Child Day Care Credit (which may not exceed $1,200, or $600 for a married taxpayer filing a separate return), you must have a modified gross income of $21,424 or less for the year.
