CitizenTax is a very basic tax software with limited tax form support and hardly any customer support.
The software uses a very primitive user interface and costly at $17.76 for federal taxes and $18.88 for state taxes. Tax payers may be better off with other products like TaxAct or TurboTax and can file their return at much less cost.
