CompleteTax Premium comes a set of features to make tax preparation and efiling easy for an average to complex tax return. The software supports almost all federal tax forms and most commonly used state tax forms.
The support using online chat serivce is costly and it cost $4.95!. You could use Free e-mail support if you don't want to pay for tax advice. It seems strange why CCH is still charging for for support when almost every other software companies are offering it FREE.
