Certain nonresidents of Kentucky, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia who commute daily to work in Virginia and don't have any other business or income from Virginia are not required to file state tax return.
You must file a Tax Return, if your income exceeds the limit for the filing status.
